A Ludoterapia no processo de aprendizagem e terapêutico de crianças – revisão bibliográfica

Ludotheray, or Play therapy, is an activity directly linked to singing and playing, so it is fun for children. Thus, when these children show difficults that can somehow affect their intelectual and social development, it is of great importance to seek for therapeutic strategies that are pleasant, like ludotherapy, which allows childreen to feel confortable along the treatment, so that the therapy works in favor of improvement, even when not noticed. When it comes to children who have difficults in learning, it is common that they arrive at the doctor’s offices with a well-defined stereotype, of which they are aware, therefore building a distorted self-image and deeply shaken self-confidence. Playing along therapy sessions brings the possibility of affection among patients, therapists and nurses, which is very important for the treatment, besides leading the children to reflect about their reality, slowly figuring out their diffictults and giving a new meaning to some of their daily tasks, which was extremelly difficult or impossible until performed by them. Playing is a natural activity during childhood, in which there are possibilities to fully express oneself, with no obstacles, allowing experimentation, preparing interaction with adults and fully developing oneself. In this context, the intention through this work is to clarify positive aspects of the therapy while applied to children with difficults in learning or health problems, showing that the nurses are able to introduce ludotherapy while taking care of the childreen making their daily hospitalization easier.
