Resumo: The study in the Emergency Support - UPA 24h Address of Gold was to characterize the implanted unit from which the current legislation calls on UPA in urgent / emergency service, to demonstrate how the proposed service strategy of prehospital type 24h UPA has walked since the beginning of its operation. Physical structure, flow, and sizing relief organization from the survey unit was described, as well as the identification of records by type of care provided and the care with risk classification by colors made from June 2013 to April 2014 based on monthly consolidated unit of estudada.Os results showed that the studied unit complies with the rules for the operation of this type of service and still meet the strategy of urgent / emergency network mechanism as health care unit and service rear in the health care network.

Foi descrito a estrutura física, fluxos, dimensionamento e organização assistencial a partir do levantamento na unidade, assim como a identificação dos registros por tipos de atendimentos realizados e pelos atendimentos com classificação de risco por cores realizados do mês de junho de 2013 a abril de 2014 com base nos consolidados mensais da unidade estudada.
