Resumo: The complexity and extend of civil engineering, becomes legit the study and practice of structural designing that seek to utilize the unevenness of the terrain, offering creative solutions to build innovating buildings. Usually landscaping methods are used to even the terrain to street level, losing the opportunity to resort the natural soil shape. The current study had the goal to design a project, as well as dimension the structural elements needed. The application of this knowledge was done in a theoretical project that respect the natural land shape so that no landscaping is needed. Therefore, the sizing methodology was contemplated without the use of commercial software to structural calculus, slabs, beams, pillars, foundation, and prop wall according to regent Brazilian norms. At the end was possible to obtain the complete detailing of structural elements calculated.

At the end was possible to obtain the complete detailing of structural elements calculated.Tendo em vista a amplitude e complexidade da profissão de engenheiro civil, torna-se legítimo estudar e praticar a elaboração de projetos estruturais que visam o aproveitamento do desnível do terreno, oferecendo soluções criativas para construção de edificações inovadoras. Ordinariamente são utilizados métodos de terraplanagem para igualar o nível do terreno ao nível da rua, perdendo a oportunidade de aproveitar o relevo natural do solo. O presente estudo tem como finalidade a realização de um projeto sobre um terreno em aclive, assim como o dimensionamento dos elementos estruturais necessários. A aplicação desse conhecimento foi realizada em um projeto teórico que respeita o relevo do terreno para que não haja utilização de métodos para plainá-lo. Logo, foi contemplada a metodologia de dimensionamento sem a utilização de softwares comerciais para cálculo estrutural, sendo dimensionadas estruturas como lajes, vigas, pilares, sapatas e muro de arrimo conforme normas brasileiras regentes.
