Estudo etnobotânico e prospecção fitoquímica de achyrocline satureioides (lam.) dc. (marcela) utilizada pela comunidade na aldeia Nautukirs Pisiors

Resumo: Medicinal plants are widely used in several countries for the treatment of diseases, and in Brazil, the species of A. satureioides (Lam.) DC is commonly used in folk medicine in the form of tea for the treatment of digestive and inflammatory problems. This project was proposed with a view to fill this gap and collaborate for the training and qualification of future pharmaceutical professionals to act in this reality as well as to establish research methodology around rescue and preservation of knowledge and practice medicinal plants (ethnopharmacology and ethnobotany), as well as exercise the role of professional guidance in relation to pharmaceutical practices (pharmaceutical care). From the answers to the questionnaire, we listed a total of 19 botanical species used in the village Natukirs Pisiors (Arueira Floridas) for medicinal purposes and the species Achyrocline satureioides (Marcela) was the focus of this study. Based on the above, a review of the literature, its main popular uses and scientific experiments for the species A. satureioides was carried out in order to demonstrate its potential as a raw material to confirm the popular use of this plant. Analyzes were performed on samples collected in October/2016 and July/2017. The crude extracts were obtained by maceration of Marcela inflorescences in ethanol and used in the cytotoxic assay against Artemia salina Leach. being inactive with a DL50 greater than 1000 μg/mL. However, the samples showed the presence of oxidizing substances in the CCD analysis for antioxidant activity through a qualitative assay with β-carotene. Therefore, we performed the analysis of the chromatographic profile and preliminary wet analysis in both samples. They had the same chromatographic profile, suggesting that they have the same chemical constituents, but with different concentrations. We also verified the presence of phenols, tannins, saponins and, mainly, flavonoids, which would justify the positivity for the antioxidant activity observed in the present study. The literature was reviewed in terms of aspects botanicals of chemical composition, their main popular uses and experiments scientific data for the species Achyrocline satureioides (Marcela) with the objective of evidence its potential as a raw material to confirm the popular use of this plant. The results also demonstrated the effect of inadequate storage of plant. Despite the importance of knowing the effects of storage on pharmacological activity of medicinal plants, very few studies have been carried out conducted in this area worldwide. It is also intended to collaborate for the improvement quality of life of the indigenous peoples of the Natukirs Pisiors village (Arueira Floridas) of the Chiquitano ethnic group from the Portal do Encantado indigenous land 150 km from the municipality of Porto Esperidião MT, starting with the comparative study of pharmacological properties of Achyrocline satureioides (Lam.) DC. (Marcela) by through health education work.

DC é comumente utilizada na medicina popular na forma de chá para o tratamento de problemas digestivos e inflamatórios. O presente projeto foi proposto visando preencher esta lacuna e colaborar para o treinamento e capacitação de futuros profissionais farmacêuticos para atuar nesta realidade bem como estabelecer metodologia de pesquisa na área resgate e preservação do conhecimento e da prática tradicional em plantas medicinais (etnofarmacologia e etnobotânica), bem como exercer o papel de orientação profissional frente às práticas farmacêuticas populares (atenção farmacêutica). A partir das respostas do questionário aplicado, listamos um total de 19 espécies botânicas utilizadas na aldeia Natukirs Pisiors (Arueira Floridas) para fins medicinais e a espécie Achyrocline satureioides (Marcela) foi o foco deste estudo. Baseado no exposto acima, fez-se a revisão da literatura, seus principais usos populares e experimentos científicos para a espécie A. satureioides com o objetivo de evidenciar seu potencial como matéria-prima para confirmar o uso popular desta planta. As análises foram realizadas em amostras coletadas em outubro/2016 e julho/2017. Os extratos brutos foram obtidos por maceração das inflorescências da Marcela em etanol e utilizados no ensaio citotóxico frente a Artemia salina Leach. apresentando-se inativos com uma DL50 superior a 1000 μg/mL. No entanto, as amostras mostraram presença de substâncias oxidantes na análise por CCD para a atividade antioxidante através de ensaio qualitativo com β- caroteno. Sendo assim, realizamos a análise do perfil cromatográfico e análise preliminar por via úmida nas duas amostras. Elas apresentaram o mesmo perfil cromatográfico, podendo sugerir que possuem os mesmos constituintes químicos, porém a com concentrações diferentes. Constatamos, também, a presença de fenóis, taninos, saponinas e, principalmente, flavonoides, o que justificaria a positividade para a atividade antioxidante observada no presente estudo. Os resultados também demonstraram o efeito do armazenamento inadequado da planta pois variação na concentração dos constituintes químicos pode levar a alteração da atividade farmacológica. Apesar da importância no conhecimento dos efeitos do armazenamento na de plantas medicinais, poucos trabalhos têm sido conduzidos nesta área. Este trabalho pretende também colaborar para a melhoria da qualidade de vida dos povos indígenas da aldeia Natukirs Pisiors (Arueira Floridas) da etnia Chiquitano do Portal do Encantado onde ela está localiza a 150 km do município de Porto Esperidião MT, iniciando com o estudo comparativo das propriedades farmacológicas da Achyrocline satureioides (Lam.) DC. (Marcela) por meio de um trabalho de educação em saúde.
