This paper aims to describe the case of a dog, female mongrel, with seven years of age, with expansive process in the uterus, spleen, liver, skin and lymph node, attended the Sector of Surgery and Obstetrics Small Animal Veterinary Hospital UFMT - Campus Sinop. Faced with the histopathologic features allowed the diagnosis of lymphoma. Lymphoma is a lymphoid neoplasm that originates from organs and solid tissues such as lymph nodes, liver, spleen and eye, the main hematopoietic neoplasms in dogs. The etiology of lymphoma in dogs is caused by many different factors, it was not detected a single etiologic agent. Generally, dogs affected with lymphoma are middle-aged or elderly. The diagnosis should be based on the animal's history, clinical signs, laboratory tests, imaging, fine-needle aspiration and confirmed by histopathology, since the prognosis is based on the location of the tumor, staging, clinical, histological grade and affects the B or T lymphocytes.
