Resumo: This work investigates the potential of Near Field Communication (NFC) and Quick Response Code (QR Code) technologies in the context of marketing, considering the scenario of constant technological evolution in which we live. Initially, a comprehensive theoretical review of these technologies was carried out, addressing their applications and security issues. The research advanced with a practical collaboration involving a company in the nautical sector, allowing the real application of these technologies in marketing. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected using a form aimed at the general public. The responses obtained offered a detailed view of the public’s preferences and perceptions regarding the use of these technologies in marketing. The results of this study have significant relevance for companies and marketing professionals, as they help to understand how these technologies can be effectively integrated into marketing strategies. Adapting to new technologies is essential to remain competitive, and this work offers valuable tips in this regard.

Inicialmente, realizou-se uma revisão teórica abrangente dessas tecnologias, abordando suas aplicações e questões de segurança. A pesquisa avançou com uma colaboração prática envolvendo uma empresa do setor náutico, permitindo a aplicação real dessas tecnologias no marketing. Utilizando uma abordagem quantitativa, foram coletados dados por meio de um formulário direcionado ao público em geral. As respostas obtidas ofereceram uma visão detalhada das preferências e percepções do público em relação ao uso dessas tecnologias no marketing. Os resultados deste estudo têm uma relevância significativa para empresas e profissionais de marketing, uma vez que ajudam a compreender como essas tecnologias podem ser eficazmente integradas em estratégias de marketing.
