Resumo: This work used the Kuz-Ram mathematical modeling, evaluating the parameter variations in the fire plane considering blasts already carried out. The extraction of gold ore in the mining company has had, as a response to blasting, the presence of blocks of rock, commonly called boulders, in high proportion, forcing the use of hydraulic breakers or secondary blasting with the use of explosives, unexpectedly raising costs of the operation. In order to obtain a good fragmentation of the massif, with characteristics that are compatible with the production and with the equipment available at the company, - especially the primary crusher that receives the material as it was disassembled - the fire plan to be used must be well defined. On this basis, this monograph aims to optimize the results of blasting by the mining company, seeking to analyze the results of mass fragmentation, varying the parameters of the fire plane for the same rock mass, in order to obtain parameters for evaluating its granulometry and analyze the best possible fragmentation for the mining company's situation.

A extração do minério de ouro na mineradora tem tido como resposta ao desmonte a presença de blocos de rochas, comumente chamados de matacos, em alta proporção, forçando o uso de rompedores hidráulicos ou desmontes secundários com uso de explosivos, elevando de forma imprevista os custos da operação. Para a obtenção de uma boa fragmentação do maciço, com características que sejam compatíveis com a produção e com os equipamentos disponíveis na empresa, - principalmente o britador primário que recebe o material da forma como foi desmontado - o plano de fogo a ser utilizado deve ser bem definido.
