The analysis of information collected through Bardin speech technique was performed (2009). Given the above theme the aim of this study was to describe the knowledge of professionals working in obstetrics at about the Humanized Birth. 09 professionals have been addressed thus, 04 nursing technicians, 02 nurses and 03 doctors. During the interviews were held questions about the concept of humanization in the birth process of the existence of laws that addresses the humanized delivery. Humanization, health workers should adopt comprehensive conceptualization, cozy practices and ethical and legal knowledge of the issues surrounding the obstetric care.
