Resumo: The Extension System (SIEx) of the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT) was designed to meet the demands of extension projects by students, Administrative Technicians in Education (TAEs), and professors. With the growth in demand for the product, there arises the need for continuous improvement, aiming to generate a more efficient product that meets academic demands clearly and objectively. Thus, this work aims to incorporate new functionalities and adapt technology to the current reality, implementing improvements in the system through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, such as updating the evaluation flow that allowed the organization of records, incorporation of filters, search options, and the ability to export spreadsheets. Such improvements were essential for the technological development of the system, generating fluidity and efficiency in internal processes.

Com o aumento da demanda pelo produto, surge a necessidade de melhoria contínua, visando a geração de um produto mais eficiente que atenda às demandas acadêmicas de maneira clara e objetiva. Assim, este trabalho pretende incorporar novas funcionalidades e adaptar a tecnologia à realidade atual, implementando melhorias no sistema por meio do ciclo Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), como a atualização no fluxo de avaliação, que possibilitou a organização dos registros, a incorporação de filtros, opções de busca e a capacidade de exportar planilhas.
