This work has the purpose to present the main aspects of computer crime, taking into account both the computer systems considered in isolation and interconnected in the form of a computer network . That is, the crimes that emerged from the rapid technological advancement , especially with the popularization of computers and the Internet. However, this power was not accompanied by the established authorities , notably the Brazilian, starving legislation and agents trained to combat and prevent these crimes. Your goals is preventive and repressive action to typical facts known as Computer Crimes representing criminal behaviors committed with the use of computer and enumerate , conceptualize and describe how they can be committed more crimes committed in Brazil. The methodology used was based on a review and research in journals and related articles, in which we sought to introduce the concept, classification and the most practiced criminal procedures , predominantly to precepts crimes in the Brazilian Penal Code . The result was processed through the legal provision approach and indispensability for creating specialized units , equipping and training professionals to face the computer crimes as alert contribution to people who benefit from modern information technology so that they can relate to Unlike traditional crimes with computer crimes. This study was divided into four chapters: the first deals with the history and concepts of computer and Internet ; the second chapter already defines crime and its expression; the third chapter already defines and classifies computer crime and discusses its historical origin; the fourth chapter suggests the creation of specialized units.
