The purpose of the work was to investigate the conciliation used in the Conciliation Center of the Capital Forum and the perception of the servants who participate in the joint efforts, what is the conciliation, how it is done and perceived results. It arose from my professional experience, realizing the difficulties encountered in the day to day with the development of conflict resolution techniques in the collection of public bonds with the Conciliation Center of the Capital Forum. A field survey was carried out, using a questionnaire with 25 (twenty five) objective and other subjective questions. The result was expressed in the generation of graphs and sentence analysis. The work has 4 (four) chapters, finally the final considerations and references. Based on some conclusions, it was possible to verify that in fact many participants in the joint effort perceive conciliation as something that needs a lot of investment, training, professionalism and criteria. There is still a gap in the practice, of the proposal in law and in the formation of what actually occurs in reality, the research indicates that it still needs a lot of investment to heal the absence and information and management in practice. Reconciliation is still a very arid terrain, requires much study, experience and practice, and above all a new training of the professionals involved, change in the mentality of the Judiciary regarding conflict, and above all discuss the new approach to conflict, of Law and Justice.
