The future of agribusiness depends on several aspects, but the main one is farms. And an obstacle that prevents real structuring in agriculture is the lack of management by the farmers, who have almost no autonomy to produce and market through a single source. The objective of this work is to identify the basic operational functions of the administration, Planning, Organization, Direction and Control in the Mid-North of Mato Grosso to manage their properties in the sectors of Production, Finance, Resources Human Resources and Marketing, identifying whether these operations contribute to decision-making. The research was of Qualitative form, using a questionnaire of 32 questions being interviewed 20 producers of Soya and Maize, medium and large properties.
