CUSTOS OPERACIONAIS E DE PRODUÇÃO NA ATIVIDADE MECANIZADA DE CORTE FLORESTAL

A colheita florestal é a atividade que melhor necessita ser planejada por representar grande parte dos custos de produção da madeira. O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar os custos operacionais e de produção referentes ao corte mecanizado em plantio de eucalipto. Os dados foram obtidos em uma empresa de celulose no estado da Bahia. Os custos foram levantados com base no histórico de dados arquivados da empresa, sendo que o custo operacional foi obtido pelo somatório dos custos fixos, variáveis e administrativos, enquanto que o custo médio de produção foi adquirido pela razão entre o custo operacional (US$ he-1) e a produtividade (m3 hf-1). Os custos fixos totais representaram 18,98 e 24,03%, respectivamente Feller-buncher e Harvester. Em relação aos custos variáveis totais para o Feller-buncher e Harvester os gastos foram na ordem de 71,93 e 66,89%, respectivamente. Os altos custos operacionais resultam na exigência de alta produtividade das máquinas.Palavras-chave: Feller-Buncher, Harvester, custos da colheita. OPERATING COSTS AND PRODUCTION ACTIVITY IN MECHANIZED CUTTING FORESTRY ABSTRACTThe forest harvesting is the activity that needs more planning, as is much of the wood production costs. This study aimed to analyze the operational and production costs for the automated cutting of eucalyptus plantation. The data were obtained in a pulp company in the state of Bahia. Costs were raised based on archived data history of the company, and the operating cost was obtained by the sum of fixed costs, variable and administrative, while the average cost of production was obtained by the ratio between operating costs (US$ he-1) and productivity (m3 hf-1). The total fixed costs accounted for 18.98 and 24.03%, respectively Feller-buncher and harvester. In relation to total variable costs for the feller-buncher and harvester spending were the order of 71.93 and 66.89%, respectively.
