Resumo: The understanding of the concept of health should support the training of professionals, in addition to integration with communities. The present study aimed to analyze the representations apprehended by health students from a public university on Teaching Practices in the Community (TPC), developed with active methodologies. For that, questionnaires were applied and their statements were analyzed using the IRAMUTEQ software, based on the Theory of Social Representations. The data revealed that the students materialized their speeches in the categories: humanization, reality and health education. Similarly, they pointed out that TPCs undergo discontinuities, which may compromise contact with communities.

O presente estudo objetivou a análise das representações, apreendidas por estudantes da saúde, de uma universidade pública, sobre Práticas de Ensino na Comunidade, desenvolvidas com metodologias ativas. Para tanto, foram aplicados questionários e analisados seus enunciados por meio do software IRAMUTEQ, baseando-se na Teoria das Representações Sociais (TRS). Os dados revelaram que os estudantes materializaram seus discursos nas categorias: humanização, realidade e formação em saúde.
