Resumo: | The physical arrangement management assumes fundamental importance in the search for improvement in the quality of the workspace environment and the performance of the business processes as a whole. Proper planning using current strategies based on studies of the motivational field, ergonomics, furniture, layout and, more recently, so-called neuroarchitecture, can offer many benefits to the organization, with more motivated and satisfied people, greater ease in business processes and in the movement of materials and people, reducing costs and time spent on operations. Within the administrative units of the Judicial Power, this is fundamental, given the nature of the activities, which are often prolonged and repetitive, inhibiting the mental functioning of the employee, the intensive use of the computer and the reduced number of breaks. In this sense, this article seeks to highlight the relationship between the workspace environment and organizational success as a whole, without objectifying a specific case study. The study brings concepts to be applied in the workspace environment, in order to obtain greater efficiency in the public servisse provision, focusing on the so-called "meio" activities, related to the administrative units of the Judicial Power. |

Poder Judiciário. The physical arrangement management assumes fundamental importance in the search for improvement in the quality of the workspace environment and the performance of the business processes as a whole.
