AURORA OF PHYSICS TEACHERS ABOUT TEACHING TO DEVELOP PROFESSIONAL SKILLS IN THE TRAINING OF TECHNICIANS

Resumo: This article presents the results of the study that had the objective of verifying some of the implications in the initial formation and professional performance of Physics teachers regarding the development of Professional Skills in the teaching performance, within the scope of the technical disciplines of the course of Electronics that have Physics As a foundation science. The study was justified by the relevance of the professional skills in the development of professional competences indispensable to the performance and permanence of technicians in the labor market. Through these lenses, we investigated physics teachers who teach technical subjects in the Electrical and Electronics course and undergraduate students in Physics of a public institution in the region. For the former, the interview technique was used for content analysis. For the latter, the questionnaire structured for analysis by means of a social scale that offered a ranking of answers on the categories. The technique of analyzing legal documents on skills was used. The results indicate superficiality in initial teacher training, teaching practice and legal documents on professional skills and abilities. They point out the absence of systematization for their development in teaching, which suggests investigations of methods, didactics, strategies, proposals, among others that offer ways to overcome these limitations.

O estudo se justificou pela relevância das habilidades profissionais no desenvolvimento de competências profissionais indispensáveis à atuação e permanência de técnicos no mercado de trabalho. Por estas lentes, investigou-se professores de Física que lecionam disciplinas técnicas no curso de Eletroeletrônica e estudantes de Licenciatura em Física de uma instituição pública da região. Para os primeiros utilizou-se a técnica de entrevistas para a análise de conteúdo. Para os últimos, o questionário estruturado para análise por meio de uma escala social que ofereceu Ranking de respostas sobre as categorias. Utilizou-se a técnica de análise de documentos legais sobre as habilidades. Os resultados indicam superficialidade na formação inicial docente, na prática de ensino e nos documentos legais sobre as habilidades e habilidades profissionais.
