O ensino religioso sem religião : individualismo, consumo cultural e a transfiguração da experiência religiosa em escolas de Mato Grosso (1990-2012)

This work is stimulated by reflecting on the need to think about the present configuration of Religious , given the changes that the religious field has experienced in this century. The study focuses on the discourse of religious education teachers, representatives of public space that is the school. The assumptions of the study believe that teachers are central elements that streamline the process of curriculum change and the role of teachers as agents of change depends fundamentally on the attitudes they develop in relation to the process. Before the rearrangement mode of cultural production, based on the exercise of cultural consumption, we observe that the teacher has as reference the traditional model of religious education or classroom practice falls within the realm of science of religion - study area that claims characteristics of science - ends up weakening the ecclesiastical identity. For this, we use the theoretical framework of Gianni Vattimo and Gilles Lipovetsky, which will help us to think about the plurality and religious fragmentation and standardization of current consumer experience.
