Resumo: | the damage caused by nematodes in economically important crops such as soybeans are known. Among the most important are those of the genus Meloidogyne, Pratylenchus and Heterodera. One of the most appropriate alternatives to the control has been crop rotation and the use of resistant cultivars. The study aimed to evaluate the influence of different cultures second crop on the population of the nematode and the nematode Helicotylenchus spp., and on crop productivity. The experiment was conducted at Embrapa Agrosilvipastoril during agricultural year 2012/13, 2013/2014 and 2014/15, 0.4 ha of tracks. During the 2012/2013 harvest soybeans is planted in every area. In the second crop in 2013, two cultivars of corn, two soybean and corn intercropping with B. ruziziensis. In the season 2013/14 again it was sown soybeans and the second crop in 2014 were sown three soybean cultivars, a cultivar of corn and intercropping of millet with C. ochroleuca. In the season 2014/15 soybean was sown in every area and in the off- 2 season 2 cultivars of maize and 3 soybean cultivars. It was observed that millet consortium and C. ochroleuca was effective in controlling the nematode. There were differences of reactions not only among species but within species and between the genotypes and soybeans, interfering with the population of the P. brachyurus. In the season 2013/2014 the soybean yield was influenced by the treatments, but the harvest 2014/2015 there was no statistical difference. Regarding the behavior of Helicotylenchus spp., Treatment consists of soybean BRS 8180 RR showed higher population of nematodes present in the roots and lower the soil when purchased with corn BRAS 3010. |

Dentre os mais importantes estão os do gênero Meloidogyne, Pratylenchus e Heterodera. Uma das alternativas mais adequadas para o controle tem sido a rotação de culturas e a utilização de cultivares resistentes. O trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a influência de diferentes culturas de segunda safra sobre a população do nematoide P. brachyurus e Helicotylenchus spp., bem como sobre a produtividade das culturas. O experimento foi realizado na Embrapa Agrossilvipastoril durante os anos agrícolas de 2012/13, 2013/2014 e 2014/15, em faixas de 0,4 ha. Na safra 2012/2013 semeou-se soja em toda área. Na segunda safra 2013, duas cultivares de milho, duas de soja e um consórcio de milho com B. ruziziensis. Na safra 2013/14 novamente foi semeada soja e na segunda safra 2014 foram semeadas três cultivares de soja, uma cultivar de milho e um cultivo consorciado de milheto com C. ochroleuca. Na safra 2014/15 semeou-se soja em toda área e na segunda safra 2015 2 cultivares de milho e 3 cultivares de soja. . Observou-se que o consórcio milheto e C. ochroleuca foi eficiente no controle de P. brachyurus. Ocorreram diferenças de reações não só entre espécies, mas dentro das espécies e entre os genótipos de milho e soja, interferindo na população de P. brachyurus. Na safra 2013/2014 a produtividade da soja foi influenciada pelos tratamentos, mas na safra 2014/2015 não houve diferença estatística.
