Resumo: This paper presents a description autoetnografia held at the Academy of Military Police Military Police Costa Verde de Mato Grosso, PMMT. This is a phenomenological perspective in autoetnografia Merleau-pontyan seeking resize the relationship of the world, particularly the suspension from the very movement itself of this relationship, avoiding the gaze contaminated by common sense or the knowledge and practices that themed present things in a way that looks not clear if the question is given. So we agreed to come phenomenological dialectic things that go unnoticed in an exercise in awakening to these things will be possible if we refrain them for a moment, if we suspend, causing a reduction which rearranges the world lived. This look is released her experiences in three years of training in the Training Course for Officers PMMT. The objective is to foster redirects the organizational culture of the institution studied, thus avoiding possible damage to the fashionable humanistic and democratic state. It also aims to support a proposal for a curriculum that brings its core issues such as alterity, flexibility, sensitivity, dialog and emancipation to the student officer.

Trata-se de uma autoetnografia na perspectiva fenomenológica merleau-pontyana que busca redimensionar a relação do ser com o mundo, sobretudo, à partir da própria suspenção deste próprio movimento de relação, evitando o olhar contaminado pelo senso comum ou pelos saberes e práticas tematizadas que apresentam as coisas de uma forma evidente que os olhares não se questionam do que é dado. Por isso acordado a dialética fenomenológica fazemos surgir as coisas que nos passam despercebidas, um exercício de despertamento para essas coisas será possível se nos abstivermos delas por um instante, se as suspendermos, fazendo uma redução que recompõe o mundo vivido. Esse olhar é lançado as experiências vividas nos três anos de formação no Curso de Formação de Oficiais da PMMT. O objetivo deste trabalho é fomentar redirecionamentos na cultura organizacional da Instituição investigada, evitando assim possíveis prejuízos à voga humanística e ao Estado Democrático de Direito.
