Resumo: | Adolescence is characterized as an evolutionary stage of life between childhood and adulthood. It is permeated by natural conflicts that involve physical, psychological, and social changes, which can weaken adolescents. In addition, at this stage, adolescents face challenges and discoveries, among which sexuality stands out, which is why these young people should be guided on health promotion and the prevention of pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Infections. Objectives: to build and validate an instructional didactic game on the prevention of pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Infections in adolescence. To describe the process of creating and validating a card game entitled Knowing to take care of yourself: straight talk with teenagers, which addresses the prevention of pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Infections in adolescence. Methodology: this is a methodological research regarding the construction and validation of an instructional didactic game in the form of cards, which addresses the prevention of pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Infections for adolescents. Initially, a descriptive narrative research was carried out to support the construction of the game. The Virtual Health Library database was used with the descriptors: adolescents AND health education AND Sexually Transmitted Infection AND didactic games. The search took place in April and May 2022, and ten articles were selected for the study. The methodological study of the game construction took place in seven stages: 1st: preliminary study; 2nd: development of the idea; 3rd: the creation of the layout of the game; 4th: preparation of letters with questions and answers; 5th: presentation of the game; 6th: guidelines for the game; 7th: game rules. Then, the game was validated by 10 judges, who are science or biology teachers from public schools in a countryside city in Rio Grande do Sul. It should be noted that these judges have extensive experience in the theme addressed in the game. The validation instrument has two dimensions: the 1st dimension is content weighting, and 2nd dimension is called appearance agreement. In the second round was carried out, in the item of dimensions and content weighting, it obtained CVI = 0.99, and in the appearance correspondence dimensions, it obtained CVI = 0.97. From the subjective questions of the validation instrument, two categories emerged: “an educational and interactive game that arouses the interest of adolescents”; “it is a necessity of life to talk about sexuality, STIs, and pregnancy”. Final considerations: the construction of this game, based on the professionals' limitations, helped in the qualification of teaching and learning in health promotion actions with adolescents, preventing Sexually Transmitted Infections and teenage pregnancy. Technical product and applicability: the construction of an illustrative game is characterized as a didactic material based on the needs of health and education professionals, more specifically, for basic education and elementary school. This game of questions and answers helps the teaching of themes such as sexuality, mainly the prevention of Sexually Transmitted Infections and teenage pregnancy. In addition, during the interaction of the game, many doubts of the students are clarified. This product can also be replicated and has coverage for several schools, thus having a real impact on the teaching and learning process in the short term and medium term. |

É permeada por conflitos naturais que envolvem mudanças físicas, psicológicas e sociais, que podem fragilizar os adolescentes. Nesta fase esses jovens devem ser orientados sobre a promoção da saúde e sobre a prevenção da gravidez e das Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis. Objetivos: construir e validar um jogo didático instrucional sobre prevenção da gravidez e das Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis na adolescência. Descrever o percurso de criação e validação de um jogo de cartas, intitulado “previnindo”, que aborda a prevenção da gravidez e das Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis na adolescência. Metodologia: pesquisa metodológica referente à construção e validação de um jogo didático instrucional na modalidade de cartas, que aborda a prevenção de gravidez e de Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis para adolescentes. Inicialmente, foi realizada uma pesquisa descritiva narrativa para embasar a construção do jogo. Foi utilizada a base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde com os descritores: adolescentes AND educação em saúde AND Infecção Sexualmente Transmissível AND jogos didáticos. Realizada nos meses de abril e maio de 2022, e selecionados dez artigos para estudo. O estudo metodológico de construção do jogo ocorreu em sete etapas: 1ª: estudo preliminar; 2ª: desenvolvimento da ideia; 3ª: criação do layout do jogo; 4ª: elaboração das cartas com perguntas e respostas; 5ª: apresentação do jogo; 6ª: orientações para o jogo; 7ª: regras do jogo. Em seguida, o jogo foi validado por 10 juízes, que são professores das disciplinas de ciências ou biologia de escolas públicas de uma cidade interiorana do Rio Grande do Sul. Salienta-se que esses juízes possuem vasta experiência na temática abordada no jogo. O instrumento de validação apresenta duas dimensões: a 1ª dimensão é de ponderação do conteúdo, e a 2ª dimensão é denominada concordância de aparência. Projeto registrado no Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa-CEP, com número do Parecer: 4.929.283. Com relação ao produto técnico tecnológico, está classificado como material didático instrucional do tipo jogo. Resultados: Nesta primeira rodada, de aplicação do jogo nas escolas e posterior validação pelos experts, foi calculado o Índice de Validade de Conteúdo (IVC) para cada um dos itens. Na segunda rodada, no item de dimensões e ponderação do conteúdo, obtiveram IVC = 0,99, e nas dimensões de concordância de aparência, obtiveram IVC = 0,97. Das questões subjetivas do instrumento de validação, emergiram duas categorias: jogo educativo e interativo que desperta o interesse dos adolescentes; é necessidade de vida conversar sobre sexualidade, IST e gravidez. Considerações finais: a construção deste jogo, a partir das limitações dos profissionais, auxiliou na qualificação do ensino e da aprendizagem nas ações de promoção da saúde com adolescentes, prevenindo as Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis e a gravidez na adolescência. Produto técnico e aplicabilidade: a construção de um jogo ilustrativo se caracteriza como um material didático baseado nas necessidades dos profissionais de saúde e de educação, mais especificamente, para a educação básica e fundamental. Este jogo de perguntas e respostas auxilia no ensino de temáticas que envolvem a sexualidade, principalmente a prevenção de Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis e de gravidez na adolescência. Além disso, durante a interação do jogo, são esclarecidas muitas dúvidas dos alunos. Final considerations: the construction of this game, based on the professionals' limitations, helped in the qualification of teaching and learning in health promotion actions with adolescents, preventing Sexually Transmitted Infections and teenage pregnancy. Technical product and applicability: the construction of an illustrative game is characterized as a didactic material based on the needs of health and education professionals, more specifically, for basic education and elementary school. This game of questions and answers helps the teaching of themes such as sexuality, mainly the prevention of Sexually Transmitted Infections and teenage pregnancy. In addition, during the interaction of the game, many doubts of the students are clarified. This product can also be replicated and has coverage for several schools, thus having a real impact on the teaching and learning process in the short term and medium term. |
