Resumo: | Introduction: Infant food consumption and infant nutrition constitute determinants and conditioning factors for their health, since healthy food consumption is a positive factor for non-development of respiratory diseases and wheezing, increasing the quality of nutritional status that is related to health in all phases of life development. In this scenario, it is evident the need to seek strategies to promote information on risk factors and protection in early childhood. Health education through digital technologies may be a health education strategy. Objective: The objective of this study was to verify the association between wheezing and the food consumption of infants beneficiaries of the Bolsa Família Program (PBF) and to elaborate didactic content of health education to attend this population. Methodology: In order to reach the research objective, it was necessary to present the methodology in two components (1), a cross-sectional study carried out with children under 180 days, beneficiaries of the Bolsa Família Program, during compulsory annual weighings. A standardized questionnaire was used in the International Study of Infant Wheezing (EILS) and the questions of the Food Consumption Markers were included. Statistical analyzes were performed in the software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), version 18.0., Considering the level of significance of 5% (p <0.05). (2) Study with descriptive, quantitative design. The didactic content was elaborated with the help of a pedagogical team and a technical team which was evaluated by health professionals of the area (nurses, nutritionists, physicians and physiotherapists), which will be available in the virtual learning space MAIS Unifra , of the Franciscan University Center. The chi-square test and the prevalence ratio with 95% confidence interval were used to analyze the data, and the significance level adopted was 5%. Results: (1) 47 infants were evaluated. Of these, 24 (51.1%) were males, with a mean age of 123.49 ± 55.54 days. Regarding EILS, 26 (55.3%) infants had relatives with asthma and 23 (50%) had wheezing in the last six months. It was observed that 5 (100%) infants who did not receive breast milk presented wheezing in the last six months (RP-2,7- 95% CI: 1.61-3.21), (p = 0.018), 14 (40 (p = 0.016) and 15 (41.71%) ingested salt meal (RP-5.6- 95% CI-1) , 03-30.2), (p = 0.032). Breast milk was the consumption variable that presented the highest number of associations statistically significant with the ISLS questions. Product: (2) The didactic content "RISK FACTORS AND PROTECTION FOR CHILDREN IN CHILDREN", were sent to 41 health professionals, of which 20 responded, of which 17 (85%) were female and 3 (15 %) of males, with mean age of 35.95 ± 10.56 years. Among the professionals who answered the questionnaires 7 (35%) nurses; 7 (35%) nutritionists; 3 (15%) physicians and 3 (15%) physiotherapists. 18 (90%) of these considered as very relevant in addressing content, 13 (65%) evaluated very relevant didactic content, and answered the proposed objectives (95%) yes. And 17 (85%) considered the language appropriate and content complete. Conclusion: Children who did not receive breast milk had a prevalence ratio of approximately three times that of wheezing, and this value doubled when fruits and / or salt food were ingested early. Therefore, in this proposal, the use of new technologies was explored, envisaging a different approach to address the risk factors and protection for wheezing |

E 17(85%) consideraram a linguagem adequada e conteúdo completo. Submitted by MARCIA ROVADOSCHI (marciar@unifra.br) on 2018-08-22T17:31:17Z No. of bitstreams: 2 license_rdf: 0 bytes, checksum: d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e (MD5) Dissertacao_AngelinaHolderbaumDaCruz.pdf: 1780218 bytes, checksum: d389ad1f456b4983fccda1f3f0b38292 (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2018-08-22T17:31:17Z (GMT).
