Resumo: Introduction: monitoring the growth and development of the neonate in primary health care is a strategic action to achieve better health conditions in adult life. The nurse professional exercises the care with autonomy and this must be carried out following the nursing process. This study used the International Classification for Nursing Practice (INCP©), which was constituted as a classification of nursing diagnoses, interventions and results. General Objective: To construct a script of nursing diagnoses and interventions from the INCP© for the nursing consultations in the neonatal follow-up. Specific objectives: To analyze the adequacy of nursing diagnosis statements by Dantas et al. (2016) to the reality of a Family Health Strategy Unit; to identify the most used nursing diagnoses in the nursing consultations in the neonatal follow-up and to specify other diagnoses and their nursing interventions that emerge from the research. Methodology: It’s a study of the type convergent care research, which was developed in a Family Health Strategy Unit in a medium-sized municipality of the central region of the state of Rio Grande do Sul Unit, from April to September, 2018. The nursing diagnosis statements based on Dantas et al. (2016) were the triggers of the research, these were reviewed and adapted by the researcher according to the ICNP (version 2017). From this, the diagnoses applicable to the nursing consultations to the neonate were analyzed and other nursing diagnoses were included with the proposals of interventions to each need judged. Data collection took place during the nursing consultations in neonatal follow-up. Results: Two articles emerged as results of this study. Article 1 aimed to construct statements of nursing diagnoses and interventions to the newborn from INCP© to be used in nursing consultations in primary health care. As a research results, we identified the nursing diagnoses and interventions that appeared most frequently. The article 2 aimed to analyze the adequacy of the nursing diagnosis statements of Dantas et al. (2016) with the reality of a Family Health Strategy Unit at city. Twenty-three diagnostic statements elaborated from the INCP© for the neonatal period were analyzed to monitor the growth and development of the child, which allowed the integration of scientific knowledge with its use in practice. Final considerations: the construction of the script with the main diagnoses and nursing interventions was carried out to be used in the nursing consultation with children in the neonatal period described in manuscript 1. In addition, were performed in the manuscript 2, the analysis of the 23 statements of diagnosis of Dantas et al. (2016) developed from the ICNP © for the neonatal period to follow the growth and development of the child, which allowed the integration of scientific knowledge with its use in practice. It is inferred that although the statements of Dantas et al. (2016) were elaborated by researchers who are geographically distant, the analyzed nursing diagnoses are applicable in clinical practice in a Family Health Unit in a inner city of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Product: Diagnostic statements and interventions of nursing using the ICNP© in the consultations to the neonate, from the perspective of integral care results in the following social benefits and impacts: (a) the progress in the use of taxonomies to implement the nursing process in PHC; (b) integration and interaction of nursing professionals from the PHC network in the city; (d) improvement in communication and nursing records with the use of a standardized language; (e) the inclusion of INCP© in the computer systems of the city, favoring communication, the work process in Nursing consultations; (f) more effective and effective interaction of the clinical practice of the nurse in the care actions of the neonate , family and community.

Submitted by MARCIA ROVADOSCHI (marciar@unifra.br) on 2020-08-28T17:58:18Z No. of bitstreams: 3 Dissertacao_AlineDalcinSegabinazi.pdf: 11248822 bytes, checksum: ddbbe28ec70fe07254cb81b93579f92a (MD5) Produto_AlineSegabinazi.pdf: 9020683 bytes, checksum: 140d3951956c9e3072b75e3fc7aaa779 (MD5) license_rdf: 0 bytes, checksum: d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2020-08-28T17:58:18Z (GMT).
