Resumo: | Hospital humanization can be characterized by a process of intense exchange of professional knowledge and practices that go beyond one-time and linear actions. This way, in the sense of contributing to the fomentation of more humane and harboring ambiances, this paper had as objectives: Knowing the perception of embracement and ambiance, from the perspective of the colaborators of a medium scale hospital, and implement embracement and ambiance knowedge and practices, aiming for hospital humanization. This is an action research, developed from January 2019, initially with the active and multiplier participation of 18 collaborators and which continues in continuity through the actions maintained by collaborators and patients. The primary data were collected via the focal group technique and based on strategic focal analysis. However, the process of implementation of embracement and ambiance knowledge and practices, aiming for hospital humanization, happened in a procedural and dynamic way, with the participation of the multiplying participants, health managers and users. The results of this study evidentiate that promoting hospital embracement and ambiance, from the perspective of humanization, goes way beyond the renovation of hospital walls and the utilitarian and functional bonds. Beyond one-time and routine actions, there is the need of possibilitating relational processes that are harboring and potentializer of new ways of being and living among humans. There is the need to (re)signify professional attitudes and conducts, cristalized by the traditional and mechanicist way of practice, by way of respect, empathy, and the singular and multidimentionalaprehension of the human being. It is concluded that the embracement and ambiance, aiming for hospital humanization, run through the construction and the implementation of strategies, in a participative and multiplying fashion with everyone involved. It is important, in this process, that everyone feels like protagonists of new ways of being, living among and acting in health. The hospital embracement and ambiance are a matter of the life of and way of workers and user to conduct themselves. This way, environments that harbor and generate life, repercute in promotion of health, in professional motivation, in work satisfaction, finally, in more pleasure and less suffering. It is concluded , in sum, that investigative processes, accompanied by practical interventions in the reality of participants, amplify the interactions, empowers ongoing initiatives, favors multiprofessional acting, mobilizes new knowledge and practices, besides (re)signifying professional being and acting. |

Assim, no sentido de contribuir no fomento de ambiências mais humanas e acolhedoras, o presente trabalho teve por objetivos: Conhecer a percepção de acolhimento e ambiência, na perspectiva de colaboradores de um hospital de médio porte; e implementar saberes e práticas de acolhimento e ambiência, com vistas à humanização hospitalar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa-ação, desenvolvida a partir do mês de janeiro de 2019, inicialmente com a participação ativa e multiplicadora de 18 colaboradores e que permanece em continuidade através das ações mantidas por colaboradores e pacientes. Esses colaboradores compõem as diferentes áreas de um hospital filantrópico, de médio porte, localizado na região central do estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Os dados primários foram coletados por meio da técnica de grupo focal e a partir da análise focal estratégica. Já, o processo de implementação de saberes e práticas de acolhimento e ambiência, com vistas à humanização hospitalar, ocorreu de forma processual e dinâmica, através dos participantes multiplicadores, gestores e pacientes. Os resultados deste estudo evidenciam que promover o acolhimento e a ambiência hospitalar, na perspectiva da humanização, vai muito além da renovação de paredes hospitalares e de vínculos utilitaristas e funcionais. Para além de ações pontuais e rotineiras é preciso possibilitar processos relacionais acolhedores e potencializadores de novas formas de ser e conviver entre humanos. É preciso (re)significar atitudes, posturas e atribuições profissionais, cristalizadas pelo fazer tradicional e mecanicista, por meio do respeito, da empatia e da apreensão singular e multidimensional do ser humano. Conclui-se, que o acolhimento e a ambiência, com vistas à humanização hospitalar, perpassam pela construção e a implementação de estratégias, de forma participativa e multiplicadora com todos os envolvidos. É importante, nesse processo, que todos se sintam protagonistas de novos modos de ser, conviver e fazer em saúde. O acolhimento e a ambiência hospitalar dizem respeito à vida e ao modo de fazer dos trabalhadores e usuários. Assim, ambientes acolhedores e geradores de vida, repercutem em promoção da saúde, em motivação profissional, em satisfação no trabalho, enfim, em mais prazer e menos sofrimento.
