Anthropophagy in two times: reversering history, tensioning the present

Resumo: In this article we claim an exercise of approaching the works of Oswald de Andrade and Haroldo de Campos, through the incorporation and sharing of a certain anthropophagic gesture related to history. We are particularly interested in analyzing how the two authors mobilized extracts of historicity to accomplish the tension in history and in temporality. To do so, we use essays and critical texts of the two writers, analyzing how within their “historiographic” projects - either in the erratic oswaldiana or paideuma haroldiano - history is invested with a reflexive and disruptive potential for the present. In this way, the horizon of anthropophagic historiography seems to allow the emergence of silenced pasts and a kind of synchronous rearrangement, both retrospective and utopian.

Interessa-nos, particularmente, analisar como os dois autores mobilizavam extratos de historicidade para cumprir o objetivo de um tensionamento da história e da temporalidade. Para tanto, recorremos a ensaios e textos críticos dos dois escritores, analisando como no interior de seus projetos “historiográficos” – seja na errática oswaldiana ou no paideuma haroldiano - a história é investida de uma potência reflexiva e disruptiva para o presente.
