La acogida humana y las prácticas de accesibilidad en la ciudad patrimonio de Ouro Preto.

Resumo: Ouro Preto consiguió el título de Patrimonio Mundial de la Humanidad de la UNESCO en 1980. Esta investigación analiza el Centro de Información Turística y el Museu da Inconfidência: el primero por su ubicación en la principal estación de transporte de llegada a la ciudad y por su función de recepción de visitantes; el segundo por su marco simbólico representativo del patrimonio nacional y su localización central en la Plaza Tiradentes. La metodología está basada en investigación bibliográfica en libros, artículos y tesis en las áreas de accesibilidad, hospitalidad y patrimonio. Se ha realizado, también, investigación in situ con registros fotográficos y análisis de percepción en ambos objetos de estudio. El resultado del trabajo es que, a pesar de las dificultades de estas instituciones en proyectos de accesibilidad física debido a una imposición de la legislación de preservación del patrimonio y de la topografía urbana, algunos proyectos han sido realizados, pero no están articulando para recibir al habitante y al turista. Sin embargo, para los portadores de movilidad reducida es necesario crear herramientas de acceso que no estén solamente basadas en aparatos físicos, pues se trata de propiciar su inclusión social.

The methodology of this research was based on the bibliographical inquiry in books, articles and thesis in the areas of cultural heritage, accessibility and host. Was carried out, still, with photographic registers in situ and analysis of perception in both study objects. The result of this, in spite of the difficulties of these institutions in projects of physical accessibility are built for the imposition of the legislation to preservation of heritage cultural and of the urbane topography itself, some projects was created and articulated to host the resident and the tourist.
