Resumo: Objective: To analyze the temporal evolution of oral health coverage, comparing Brazil, the North region and the State of Rondônia in the period from 2010 to 2020. Materials and Methods: Time series study based on data issued by the information system platform Primary Care (e-manager), where they extracted information on population, number of oral health teams and oral health coverage. For trend analysis, defined as stationary, decreasing or increasing, linear regression was performed using the Prais-Winsten technique, after verification of serial autocorrelation using the Durbin and Watson test in STATA 16.0. Results: The annual trend of oral health coverage in the Family Health Strategy (EAF) and Primary Care (AB) in the period differed in the variables. While in Brazil and the North Region the coverage of the teams grew, the State of Rondônia maintained stationary rates - for the ESF a growth rate of -2.17 (96%CI: -4.78; 0.51) and for AB - 1.32 (95%CI: -3.83; 1.25). Conclusion: The study demonstrates that the coverage rate found in Brazil and the North Region is above the rate recommended by the Ministry of Health. Rondônia, however, is below the proposed coverage target, given that the recommended coverage target is at least 46%. It is concluded that the oral health indicator in Brazil and the North region increased in the studied period. However, in the state of Rondônia, the indicator did not grow, requiring strategic actions that contribute to the advancement of oral health coverage in the state.
