Resumo: O presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a produção do Serviço Social sobre Cuidados Paliativos, mais precisamente sobre estes em se tratando de Oncologia Pediátrica. Para tanto, foi utilizada a revisão bibliográfica sistemática, que busca analisar o conhecimento produzido sobre o tema em questão. Utilizou-se como base de dados o Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), os trabalhos publicados nos anais do 15° e 16° Congresso Brasileiro de Assistentes Sociais (CBAS), a Revista Textos & Contextos e a Revista de Políticas Públicas da UFMA, tendo em conta o lapso temporal de 2010 a 2020. Destaca-se, que de um total de 42 artigos recuperados, apenas 19 atendiam os critérios de seleção da pesquisa. Sobre os resultados, os trabalhos selecionados explicitam de maneira completa e coesa as temáticas de Serviço Social, Cuidados Paliativos, Oncologia Pediátrica, Dor e Morte. É preciso frisar a ínfima produção de conhecimento e o escasso debate teórico-crítico sobre o tema Serviço Social e Cuidados Paliativos Oncológicos Pediátricos, desvelando a dificuldade de trabalhar com essa temática. Nessa perspectiva, foi possível discutir o Serviço Social tendo em vista sua relevância para a concretização dos direitos sociais e, nesse contexto, a garantia do “direito de morrer” das pessoas que estão com alguma doença que ameace a continuidade da vida.

For this, a systematic literature review was used, which seeks to analyze the knowledge produced on the theme in question. The Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) was used as a database, the works published in the annals of the 15th and 16th Brazilian Congress of Social Workers (CBAS), the Textos & Contextos Magazine and the Revista de Políticas Públicas of UFMA, taking into account the time lapse from 2010 to 2020. It is noteworthy that out of a total of 42 articles retrieved, only 19 met the selection criteria of the research. In the results, the selected studies explain in a complete and cohesive way the themes of Social Work, Palliative Care, Pediatric Oncology, Pain and Death. It is necessary to emphasize the small production of knowledge and the scarce theoreticalcritical debate on the theme Social Work and Pediatric Cancer Palliative Care, highlighting the difficulty of working with this theme.
