Resumo: Militant atheism suffers from the same evil that originates from Judeo-Christian religious fanaticism. He holds the truth. And as a hallmark of this good news, it must convert the uninformed or alienated and deceived, preaching their unbelief to the six corners of the Earth. Before the problem of whether God exists or not, there is the problem of dogmatism, fundamentalism, fanaticism, whatever it is. If all believers lived in peace among themselves, and among atheists, and these with those, there would be no reason to justify a complete proof of the existence or not of God. But the desire for truth compromises and empties dialogue, establishing an eternal climate of intolerance and disrespect for others.

Se todos os crentes vivessem em paz entre eles, e entre os ateus, e estes com aqueles, não existiria motivo algum que justificasse uma prova cabal da existência ou não de Deus. Mas a vontade de verdade compromete e esvazia o diálogo instaurando um clima de eterna intolerância e desrespeito ao outro.
