Resumo: Offering high quality information that can promote public debate is a fundamental condition to the e-engagement. This paper analizes the quality of the information offered by the São Paulo and Brazil government’s website for the youth and their contribution to the ideal of deliberative democracy. The theoretical definitions, as well as the search categories are based on the criteria and recommendations published by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and development (OECD).
