Resumo: The phenomenological approach to Family Constellation was developed by the German philosopher and therapist Bert Hellinger and has been used in some Courts of Justice in the country. In Brazil, the Constellation was introduced to the judiciary by the judge of law Sami Storch, in 2012, humanizing the practices of conciliation and mediation of conflicts between litigants. Through his empirical experiences, Hellinger checked that the most varied problems faced by individuals are shared by the family unconscious and passed on to subsequent generations. When assembling the constellation, there is a “ritual” or “technical” species to be followed; people or objects are chosen to represent the constellate and their family, then a “Relational Field” is formed between these people. According to the Hellingerian theory, people connected to the Field are able to “tune in” themselves to the feelings of those being represented, including the dead ones. Given this context, the present study aims to understand the notion of Field in the practice of the Family Systemic Constellation performed in the Judiciary Power correlating it with the concept of spirituality in the Sciences of Religion. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with lawyers, magistrates, prosecutors and civil servants of the Judicial Branch, all of whom were constellators. The nature and approach of the research is qualiquanti and exploratory. The interview data was analyzed following a lexicographic approach to presenting the results, with the aid of the Iramuteq software. Evaluating the results, it was found that, for the constellation participants participating in the intervention, there is, in the Family Constellation, a spiritual transformation or a deeper emotional experience than the conventional one, associating spirituality with the Field phenomenon.
