Resumo: This dissertation is the result of a research carried through in the Master’s degree Social Work (UFPB), In the SEPSASS - Section of Studies and Research in Health and Social Work. The related dissertation is situated in the área of Social Politics and has as main objective to analyze the process of municipalization, in the present situation of operacionalization of the SUS, in level of management in regards to services organization of the high complexity.
