Subconjunto terminológico da CIPE® para mulheres com HIV e AIDS

Resumo: | Introduction: The theme about the epidemic of HIV and AIDS in women emerges as task for discussion for activists, researchers and technicians from the health sector. Pay attention to the complexity of this epidemic means putting into focus gender inequalities, in interaction with poverty, racism, violence, stigma, the difficulty in negotiating safe sex, increasing the vulnerabilities of teen women, youngsters, adult and elderly to IST/HIV/AIDS. This fact reinforces the need to analyze the health problems of women with HIV and AIDS and the vulnerability to HIV infection in an interrelated way. Objective: Structuring a terminological subset of ICNP® for women with HIV and AIDS, with theoretical support the Theory of Transitions of Meleis. Method: A study of methodological type developed in four steps: Identification of relevant terms for the customers and/or health priority; Cross mapping of terms identified with the terms of the ICNP®; Construction of Nursing Diagnoses, Outcomes, and Interventions; Structuring of the terminological subset of ICNP® based on the Theory of Transitions of Meleis. The project was approved by the Committee of Ethics in Research with Opinion N 2,097,034, and CAAE: 67011317.7.0000.5188. Results: There have been validated 646 constant terms and 467 terms non-constant in the Model of Seven Axes of the ICNP® 2017. From the terms constant in the ICNP® there were built 158 set out of nursing diagnoses/outcomes and its definitions and from these 142 have been validated by specialists and classified in accordance with the concepts of the Theory of Transitions. Regarding the nursing interventions, there were made 824, and from these 752 were validated. From these results there was structured a terminological subset of the ICNP® for women with HIV and AIDS. Conclusion: It is believed that the subset will serve as a guide for nurses who provide care to this clientele, and can assist in the process of clinical reasoning, give support to the record of nursing care, offer a greater visibility to nursing job, besides contributing with the systematization of nursing care and allow nurses may rethink their practices |

Atentar a la complejidad de esta epidemia significa poner en enfoque las desigualdades de género, en la interacción con la pobreza, el racismo, la violencia, el estigma, la dificultad de negociar sexo seguro, aumentando la vulnerabilidad de las mujeres adolescentes, jóvenes, adultas y ancianas a las ITS/VIH/y SIDA. Este hecho refuerza la necesidad de analizar los problemas de salud de las mujeres con VIH y SIDA y la vulnerabilidad a la infección por el VIH de manera interrelacionada. Objetivo: La estructuración de un subconjunto terminológico de CIPE® para mujeres con VIH y SIDA, con sustento teórico la Teoría de las Transiciones de Meleis. Método: Un estudio del tipo metodológico, desarrollado en cuatro fases: Identificación de términos relevantes para los clientes y/o de la prioridad de la salud; Asignación cruzada de términos identificados con los términos de la CIPE®; Construcción de establecidos de Diagnósticos, Resultados e Intervenciones de Enfermería; Estructuración del subconjunto terminológico de la CIPE® basado en la Teoría de las Transiciones de Meleis. El proyecto fue aprobado por el Comité de Ética en Investigación con la Opinión N 2.097.034 y CAAE: 67011317.7.0000.5188. Resultados: 646 términos constantes han sido validados y 467 términos no constantes en el Modelo de Siete Ejes de la CIPE® 2017. De los términos constantes de la CIPE® eran construidos 158 establecidos de diagnósticos/resultados de enfermería y sus definiciones y de estos 142 han sido validados por peritos y clasificados de acuerdo con los conceptos de la Teoría de las Transiciones. Acerca de las intervenciones de enfermería, fueron elaboradas 824 y de estas 752 fueron validadas. De estos resultados fue estructurado un subconjunto terminológico de CIPE® para mujeres con VIH y SIDA. Conclusión: Se cree que el subconjunto servirá como una guía para las enfermeras que atienden a esta clientela y podrá ayudar en el proceso de razonamiento clínico, apoyar el registro de atención de enfermería, ofrecer una mayor visibilidad al trabajo de enfermería, además de contribuir con la sistematización del cuidado de enfermería y permitir que las enfermeras puedan repensar sus prácticasCoordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESIntrodução: A temática da epidemia do HIV e da Aids em mulheres surge como ponto de discussão para ativistas, pesquisadores e técnicos do setor da saúde. Atentar para a complexidade dessa epidemia significa colocar em foco as desigualdades de gênero, em interação com a pobreza, o racismo, a violência, o estigma, a dificuldade em negociar sexo seguro, incrementando as vulnerabilidades de mulheres adolescentes, jovens, adultas e idosas às IST/HIV e Aids. Esse fato reforça a necessidade de se analisar os problemas de saúde de mulheres com HIV e Aids e a vulnerabilidade à infecção pelo HIV de maneira inter-relacionada. Objetivo: Estruturar um Subconjunto terminológico da CIPE® para mulheres com HIV e Aids, tendo como suporte teórico a Teoria das Transições de Meleis. Método: Estudo do tipo metodológico, desenvolvido em quatro etapas: Identificação de termos relevantes para a clientela e/ou da prioridade de saúde; Mapeamento cruzado dos termos identificados com os termos da CIPE®; Construção de enunciados de Diagnósticos, Resultados e Intervenções de Enfermagem; Estruturação do subconjunto terminológico da CIPE® com base na Teoria das Transições de Meleis. O projeto foi aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa com Nº Parecer 2.097.034, e CAAE: 67011317.7.0000.5188. Resultados: Foram validados 646 termos constantes e 467 termos não constantes no Modelo de Sete Eixos da CIPE® 2017. A partir dos termos constantes na CIPE® foram construídos 158 enunciados de diagnósticos/resultados de enfermagem e suas definições e destes 142 foram validados por especialistas e classificados de acordo com os conceitos da Teoria das Transições. Quanto às intervenções de enfermagem, foram elaboradas 824 e destas 752 foram validadas. A partir desses resultados foi estruturado um Subconjunto terminológico da CIPE® para mulheres com HIV e Aids.
