Representações sociais dos profissionais de CREAS acerca da violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes

Resumo: Sexual violence against children is a deep violation of human rights, besides of being a gross violation of the sexual and individual's rights of persons who are under development. This reality has been occurring in various environments and represents a major challenge for the professionals who are in charge of it. In this sense, this study aimed at apprehending the social representations of professionals who work at the Reference Center for Specialized Social Assistance CREAS concerning sexual violence against children and adolescents. The Theory of Social Representations by Serge Moscovici and the Theory of Central Nucleus by Jean- Claude Abric were used as theoretical frameworks. This study is characterized as exploratory and descriptive of quantitative and qualitative approaches. The participants of this research were 47 professionals of interdisciplinary groups of 11 units of CREAS in the state of Paraíba. A percentage of 95.7% of the participants are female, on average at the 34.70 years of age (SD = 9.45). As instruments, this study counted on semi-structured interviews which were submitted to the processing of the lexical analysis of the software ALCESTE that output four lexical classes, named, Class 1: Characterization and Impacts of Sexual Violence, Class 2: Interprofessional Practice and Intersectoral, grade3: Intrafamily Sexual Violence and its Overcoming, Class 4: Public Policy: advances and setbacks; and the Free Association Technique (TALP), which was used and analyzed by the software Evoc. The findings revealed that the participants represented the sexual violence based on its characteristics and implications, emphasizing its intra familiar occurrence, which is capable of being overcome but that requires an interdisciplinary and inter sectored approach by the professionals who are not being given governmental support. The social representations emerged from the free evocations showed the phenomenon of the sexual violence characterized as the wide conception, typifying it as a crime, carried out through the aggressive act of abuse, causing fear to its victims. The professionals structured their representations associated to CREAS, anchored them in the purposes of the institution, concerning of being professionals of the CREAS revealed perception of an ideal to be achieved. They have positive self perceptions and anchored these representations in a social identity. In general, the data revealed the phenomenon of sexual violence triggers difficulties, not only for its victims, but also for those who are in charge of facing it.

Nesse sentido, objetivou-se nesse estudo apreender as representações sociais de profissionais que atuam em Centros de Referência Especializado da Assistência Social (CREAS) acerca da violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes. Utilizou-se como aporte teórico a Teoria das Representações Sociais de Serge Moscovici, e em complemento a esta, fez-se uso ainda da Teoria do Núcleo Central de Jean-Claude Abric. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório e descritivo de cunho quanti-qualitativo. Os participantes da pesquisa foram 47 profissionais de equipe interdisciplinar de 11 CREAS da Paraíba, sendo 95,7% do sexo feminino, com idade média de 34,70 (DP=9,45). Foram utilizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas, submetidas à análise lexical do software ALCESTE, resultando na formação de quatro classes, nomeadas, Classe 1: Caracterização e Impactos da Violência Sexual, Classe 2: Prática Interprofissional e Intersetorial, Classe3: Violência Sexual Intrafamiliar e sua Superação, Classe 4: Políticas Públicas: avanços e retrocessos; e ainda a Técnica de Associação Livre de Palavras (TALP), analisada por meio do software Evoc. Verificou-se que os participantes representaram a violência sexual a partir de suas características e implicações, destacando sua ocorrência intrafamiliar, que é passível de superação, mas que necessita de uma atuação interdisciplinar e intersetorial por parte dos profissionais, os quais não possuem apoio governamental. As representações sociais a partir das evocações livres evidenciaram uma concepção ampliada do fenômeno da violência sexual, caracterizando-a como um crime, efetuado por meio do ato agressivo do abuso, e que ocasiona medo às vítimas. Os profissionais estruturaram suas representações em relação ao CREAS, ancorados nas finalidades da instituição; em relação ao ser profissional do CREAS, apresentaram uma percepção de ideal a ser alcançado; e, se auto perceberam de forma positiva, ancorados em uma identidade social.
