Resumo: The knowledge about the functioning of the human Sensory System, by designers, assumes importance in the sense of broadening the understanding regarding the sensorial, cognitive and motor capacities of individuals, to be applied to the development of environments and products. Usability in this context, contributes to the easy use of products and systems at the most different scales and Universal Design shows in a wide and safe way accessibility and equity in the built environment. However, the provision of this information in a systematic way and with language applied to the design path, is still an incipient practice, above all, through design tools that aim to assist the ideation stages. In addition, there is the complexity of the initial project moments, requiring motivation from the teams involved, which commonly deal with a large flow of data to be interpreted and converted into relevant information. In this context, this thesis aims to develop a tool to assist multidisciplinary teams in the creation of concepts and initial project alternatives, focused on the user and in a collaborative way, within the scope of Architecture, Design and Product Engineering and considering three conceptual bases: Sensory Systems, Universal Design and Usability. The methodological approach adopted contributed to give clarity, safety and quality to the research trajectory, being structured in four stages, the first being the theoretical construction, with an exploratory characteristic that provided support for the composition of the conceptual base. As a second, the development of the tool, in a descriptive way, characterized by a user-centered approach, with the involvement of research participants in structuring the requirements in three different contexts: with 11 students from the Graduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism at Federal University of Paraíba - PPGAU/Brazil; with 19 undergraduate students from ENSCI – École National e Supérieure de Création Industrielle/Alpes Design Lab/Ensci-Les Ateliers/France; with 3 professionals from the professional reference office/France. And finally, the pilot test with 7 students from PPGAU/UFPB/Brazil. The technical procedures adopted were focus group, systematic observation, interview and questionnaire. The application and analysis of the results comprised the third and fourth stages composed of explanatory moments, carried out in Brazil with 19 participants through a Panel of Experts with a multidisciplinary characteristic. In the evaluation of the results, the perception of the participants, architects, engineer designers, pointed out that the language and the systematic of using the tool are clear and easy to understand, stimulating the discussion of ideas in a collaborative way between teams, helping in the organization and synthesis of data. They also stated that they would use the tool, pointing out that its digital format and the structuring themes, help the development of concepts and initial alternatives for projects of environments and products to increase their accessibility and multi-sensoriality.
