Introduction: Primary Health Care has a primary role in comprehensive care, designated as a communication center, care provider and coordinator of Health Care Networks - RAS. The RASs are directed to several health care demands, among them, the care for People with Disabilities and their objectives are found in Ordinance 793 of April 24, 2012. Objective: To analyze the perspective and performance of health professionals of Primary Care in the Care Network for People with Disabilities. Methodological Considerations: Exploratory, descriptive research operationalized through field study, with a quantitative approach. The population (N = 801) of the aforementioned research was composed of health professionals with a higher level of Primary Care - Family Health teams (FHS) and Extended Family Health Center (Nasf-AB) - from the city of João Pessoa / PB and the random sample had n = 261 participants. A data collection instrument containing the Sociodemographic Profile was used, followed by 33 questions distributed in domains: I - Care Network for People with Disabilities; II - Perception about care for people with disabilities; III - Accessibility; IV - Permanent training and education and V - Actions they carry out. Exploratory Factor Analysis, descriptive statistics and inference were used for data analysis. Results: When observing the performance of Primary Health Care professionals by Sanitary District in the municipality of João Pessoa in the Network of Care for Person with Disabilities, it can affirmed that there is a significant difference between the Districts in the performance of Nasf-AB professionals in terms of perception professionals about RCPCD; in relation to training processes and health promotion and care actions for people with disabilities. Family Health teams stand out when it comes to preventive actions. Regarding Accessibility for people with disabilities, there was no significant difference between groups. It appears that there are obstacles in the referral and counter-referral process, as well as limitations in continuing education actions. Professionals consider that there is a good coordination of health care for people with disabilities in Primary Care, but they do not know the RCPCD satisfactorily. Conclusion: It is suggested to expand the network's articulation, create strategic actions to strengthen primary care as a communication center, invest in training processes that involve the themes of care and guarantee the rights of people with disabilities, as well as the incentive care actions for people with disabilities.
