Resumo: Many of us, women, remain strong, regarding the suffering during our long life. This is overcoming is named resilience, that means, the human capacity to face hard situations and come out them, making us stronger and changing the reality where we live. Through this study, our goal is to know the resilience experience of woman who attend the Communitarian Integrative Systemic Therapy (TC), identify the strength sources that they use to face pain situations where the main resilience characteristics used by woman users of TC circles. To reach our goals, we use the oral thematic history method, using the technique in interviews on the productions of empirical material. The study was developed at the Parque do Sol Community, on Gramame Valley, João Pessoa City PB, with seven partners who participate in all TC circles that happens at the Neighborhood Association of the area since about two years.Women were chosen for being the ones who most participate on the therapy circles developed at the community and for be these group, during it s existence, were always put on inequality, subordination, devaluation and exclusion. Despite the situation, they are the ones who fights for better family life condition and for the search of community infrastructure. As we analyze the empirical material, we built three thematic branches arising from the answer of concerns brought on this study: Resilience: the strength made with life, and resources of the imaginary on the process resilient and the TC as a sharing place and resilience consciousness. We identify that the capacity of resilience from partners come from their overcoming suffering during childhood or during the life, these difficulties didn t stopped then to fight, win and not only remain as victims. Their strength to overcome the daily challenge appear on child suffering history, heritage from their family roots and liven difficulties. The TC rise as a source to awake the resilience capacity, because it was thru the participation on therapy circles, that this women realize they are capable to face the life challenges. It is important to highlight the characteristics appointed, as the perseverance and internal strength, originated on the imaginary. The main resilient characteristics came on the study are faith on itself, not as a imprisonment, but as a strategy to overcome suffering and instigate the fight for better life conditions, the TC, as a string sewing the formation and the strengthening the support network. This work also help to collaborators learn that there is a beautiful life history, marked with many strategies to overcome adversities on daily life. This stories help us to see that we are capable to overcome pain with the use of resilience, concept that is significant to resize the health researches, public health, mental health, and in nursing, contributing to teaching reflections, research and extension.
