Resumo: | Home Care Service, called SAD, is a substitute or complementary job to hospitalization or outpatient care, responsible for the management and operation of the Multiprofessional Home Care Teams and Multiprofessional Support Equipment. SAD planning, that is, the distribution of visits from professionals to patients, is still a manual process. However, making the allocation of visits efficient is necessary to improve the work of professionals, the travel time between home visits, consequently, the cost of transportation, and maximizing the amount of daily visits. The proposal is to apply genetic algorithm (AG) as a solution approach to solve this problem and perform a comparative analysis by changing genetic operators. |

The proposal is to apply genetic algorithm (AG) as a solution approach to solve this problem and perform a comparative analysis by changing genetic operators.Serviço de Atenção Domiciliar, denominado SAD, é um trabalho substitutivo ou complementar à internação hospitalar ou ao atendimento ambulatorial, responsável pelo gerenciamento e operacionalização das Equipes Multiprofissionais de Atenção Domiciliar e Equipes Multiprofissionais de Apoio. O planejamento do SAD, ou seja, a distribuição de visitas de profissionais para pacientes, ainda é um processo manual. No entanto, tornar eficiente a alocação de visitas é necessário para melhorar o trabalho dos profissionais, reduzindo o tempo de deslocamento entre as visitas domiciliares, consequentemente, reduzindo custos de transporte, e maximizando a quantidade de atendimentos diários.
