Resumo: This paper aims to collect bibliographic data and conduct field research that characterize particularities and generalities about the old villages of Guarani of Paranapanema and Paraná valleys rivers. These data, when possible, were correlated with ethnohistory and ethnographic documents, which offered a bibliographic corpus of interest for the interpretation of the archaeological record. The additional case study Célia Maria Site helped to better understand the features of Guarani villages arranged the distance of the great valleys.

Esses dados, quando possível, foram correlacionados com documentos etnohistóricos e etnográficos, os quais, por meio de analogia, colaboraram para a interpretação.
