Na sensibilidade do perceber: As diversas possibilidades e outras narrativas das Missões (RS)

A memória pode ser manifestada através de “marcas”, individualizando lugares e formando identidades. Nessas marcas, diferentes narrativas como a patrimonial tornam-se visíveis, e os valores a serem preservados são indicados através da escolha de alguns bens e manifestações culturais. O objetivo deste artigo é indicar a importância de uma leitura mais sensível da “realidade” patrimonial, partindo-se do pressuposto de que o patrimônio é uma narrativa elegida entre várias possibilidades (ao escolher-se uma, outras são desconsideradas), sendo utilizado como instrumento de poder. Para isso reflete-se sobre o exemplo das Missões - RS, cuja construção das “marcas desse lugar” baseia-se em uma narrativa patrimonial eurocêntrica que ainda hoje molda e instrumentaliza as políticas brasileiras de patrimônio. Destaca-se a necessidade de um olhar mais acurado para narrativas "esquecidas" ou emergentes, cujas  “realidades” foram minimizadas ou ocultadas.Abstract: Memory can be manifested through “marks”, individualizing places and forming identities. In these marks, different narratives such as heritage become visible, and the values to be preserved are indicated through the choice of some goods and cultural manifestations. The purpose of this article is to indicate the importance of a more sensitive reading of the heritage “reality”, based on the assumption that heritage is a narrative chosen among several possibilities (when choosing one, others are disregarded), being used as an instrument of power. Methodologically, theoretical considerations are applied to the example of the Missões (RS), whose construction of the “marks of this place”, in our view, is based on a predominantly Eurocentric heritage narrative that still shapes and implements Brazilian heritage policies. This study intends to instigate and provoke reflections on the need for a more accurate look at other “forgotten” or emerging narratives, without, however, exhausting them.
