Para isso, teve como suporte teórico a Teoria das Representações Socias e o conceito de Experiência, conforme proposto por Moscovici e Jodelet, respectivamente. À luz deste referencial teórico foi possível debruçar-se sobre a experiência de ser jovem a partir das narrativas dos entrevistados, acompanhados pelo serviço de Centro de Referência em Assistência Social (CREAS) da cidade de Recife/PE. Participaram deste estudo 5 jovens, identificados com o gênero masculino, com faixa etária entre 14 e 19 anos em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa de prestação de serviço à comunidade. O instrumento utilizado para construção dos dados foi a entrevista semiestruturada. Os dados foram analisados baseados na Organização e Interpretação de entrevistas a partir de uma perspectiva fenomenológica. Foi possível identificar, nesse processo, núcleos de sentido comuns entre as narrativas dos jovens entrevistados como: pobreza, suas implicações e o desejo de ascensão social; juventude e perspectiva de futuro e, as relações com as instituições sociais. Sobretudo a experiência de ser jovem, para os entrevistados, é a experiência de ser jovem pobre, em que o trabalho se apresenta como uma forma de ascensão e mudança de vida, encontrando na profissão de jogador de futebol a melhor opção para saída do contexto de pobreza e para satisfação do desejo de consumo. Os jovens demonstraram ainda um sentimento de descrença no tocante às instituições sociais e as figuras de autoridade, sendo a família, representada na figura da mãe, a entidade que ainda conserva credibilidade para os jovens. Espera-se que o presente trabalho contribua para ampliar a discussão no tocante à temática da infração juvenil e seus elementos, bem como na garantia de direitos dos sujeitos envolvidos, colaborando na construção de intervenções políticas e sociais direcionadas para este público.FACEPEThis Master's thesis aims to analyze the experience of being young in the fulfillment of socio-educational measures in open enviroment. It uses the theorical support from the Theory of Social Representations and / or the concept of Experience, as proposed by Moscovici and Jodelet, respectively. From this theorical reference framework it was possible to look at the experience of being young by the narratives of the interviewees, accompanied by the Centro de Referência em Assistência Social (CREAS) of the City of Recife / PE. The subjects of this research consisted in 5 young people that identified theirselves as belonging to the male gender, with ages between 14 and 19 years, in compliance with the socio-educational measure of services to the community. The instrument used to construct the data was a semistructured interview. The data was analyzed based on the Organization and Interpretation of interviews from a phenomenological. It was possible to identify, in this process, as the common nuclei senses in the narratives the young people interviewed: poverty, its implications and / or desire for social ascension; youth and future perspectives, and relations with social institutions. Above all, the experience of being young, for the interviewed, is the experience of being a poor young person, and the work is presented as form of social ascension and life changing, being the work as a professional football player the better option to withdrawn from the context of poverty and to be able to archive the satisfation of the desire of consumering. The young people also showed a sense of disbelief in social institutions and its figures of authority, being the family, represented in the figure of the mother, the only entity that still retains credibility for them.
