Essa tendência à feminização e pauperização da doença pode ser analisada ao se observar a precarização dos serviços de saúde, o desmonte da Política Nacional de HIV, assim como a centralização da doença na perspectiva biomédica e medicamentosa. Além dessas questões, há uma recorrência quanto à obrigação de mulheres realizarem o trabalho doméstico e de cuidado com outros membros da família. No caso das mulheres vivendo com HIV/AIDS, essa sobrecarga pode impactar diretamente o tratamento. A presente dissertação teve como principal objetivo analisar a exploração e a apropriação do tempo das mulheres que vivem com HIV/AIDS no trabalho de cuidado, assim como entender a utilização do trabalho feminino na família e o impacto nas condições de vida dessas mulheres. Para tanto, e a partir das sucessivas aproximações da realidade, a construção deste trabalho baseou-se na concepção teórico-metodológica do feminismo materialista francófono, no intuito de discutir e fazer um resgate histórico do lugar da mulher na sociedade, sendo relevante compreender a temática a partir da divisão social, sexual e racial do trabalho. Especificamente, a análise foi construída a partir do capitalismo tardio e do contexto de hegemonia ultraneoliberal, no qual valoriza um discurso conservador, seguindo uma lógica patriarcal da sociedade e de extrema violência contra as mulheres. A pesquisa foi realizada no Hospital Universitário Oswaldo Cruz (HUOC), hospital escola da Universidade de Pernambuco (UPE), tendo sido utilizados procedimentos qualitativos, por meio de entrevistas em profundidade, com mulheres que vivem com HIV/AIDS, por meio de amostra não probabilística. Foi possível identificar com os resultados da pesquisa que há interferência na continuidade do tratamento devido à sobrecarga do trabalho doméstico e de cuidado das mulheres soropositivas, mas, principalmente, há indicação de que o peso do estigma, a discriminação, o medo de ser revelada a soropositividade a outras pessoas, sobretudo devido à violência institucional, afetam diretamente a vinculação das mulheres aos serviços de saúde.According to Brazilian epidemiological data, the HIV / AIDS epidemic is advancing significantly in the country, with a latent number of cases standing out among black women in the North and Northeast regions. This trend towards feminization and impoverishment of the disease can be analyzed by observing the precarious nature of health services, the dismantling of the National HIV Policy, as well as the centralization of the disease from a biomedical and drug perspective. In addition to these issues, there is a recurrence of the obligation for women to do domestic work and care for other family members. In the case of women living with HIV / AIDS, this burden can directly impact treatment. The present dissertation had as main objective to analyze the exploration and the appropriation of the time of the women who live with HIV / AIDS in the care work, as well as to understand the use of the feminine work in the family and the impact in the living conditions of these women. To this end, and based on successive approximations to reality, the construction of this work was based on the theoretical-methodological conception of French-speaking materialist feminism, in order to discuss and make a historical rescue of the place of women in society, being relevant to understand the theme from the social, sexual and racial division of labor. Specifically, the analysis was built on late capitalism and the context of ultra-liberal hegemony, in which it values a conservative discourse, following a patriarchal logic of society and extreme violence against women. The research was carried out at the Hospital Universitário Oswaldo Cruz (HUOC), a teaching hospital at the University of Pernambuco (UPE), using qualitative procedures, through in-depth interviews, with women living with HIV / AIDS, using a non-standard sample. probabilistic.
