Somado a isso, as organizações motivadas por questões econômicas, ambientais e legislativas passaram a se preocupar com o impacto que seus processos e produtos causariam no meio ambiente. Tal situação contribuiu para que as organizações utilizassem a instalação de armazenagem para estocar os produtos de fluxo direto e reverso simultaneamente. Contudo, gerenciar essas instalações híbridas é complexo, devido à dificuldade para manusear no armazém as Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) de ambos os fluxos, sendo necessário reconfigurar o sistema de armazenagem. Diante disso, esta pesquisa se propôs a desenvolver uma estrutura conceitual integrativa que auxilie no processo de tomada de decisão envolvendo as operações de armazenagem de SKUs provenientes do fluxo reverso nessas instalações. Para tanto, um arcabouço da literatura serviu de base para o desenvolvimento de cada etapa, onde foi necessário se nortear através das decisões de fluxo direto e integrá-las em um único problema de decisão. Para demonstrar a aplicabilidade da estrutura proposta, um exemplo ilustrativo foi utilizado. Conclui-se que o framework proposto foi capaz de fornecer uma ferramenta estruturada nas decisões envolvendo as operações de armazenagem do fluxo reverso em instalações híbridas, permitindo incorporar as preferências do gestor no processo, bem como o uso da abordagem multicritério em etapas fundamentais para melhorar a eficiência operacional do armazém. Por fim, o sistema proposto se mostrou relevante para auxiliar os gestores no processo de tomada de decisão em operações de armazenagem em instalações híbridas, permitindo otimizar o espaço, facilitar o fluxo e maximizar a armazenagem.FACEPEThe warehouse has assumed a prominent position in the supply chains, since the operations performed in this installation influence these. In addition, organizations motivated by economic, environmental and legislative issues have begun to worry about the impact that their processes and products would have on the environment. This contributed to organizations using the storage facility to stock the direct and reverse flow products simultaneously. However, managing these hybrid facilities is complex due to the difficult in handling the Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) of both flows in the warehouse, and it is necessary to reconfigure the storage system. Therefore, this research proposed to develop an integrative conceptual framework that assists in the decision-making process involving the storage operations of SKUs from the reverse flow in those facilities. To do so, a literature served as the basis for the development of each stage, where it was necessary to orientate through the direct flows and integrate them into a single decision problem. To demonstrate the applicability of the proposed structure an illustrative example was used. It is concluded that the proposed framework was able to provide a structured tool in the decisions involving the operations of storage of the reverse flow in hybrid installations, allowing to incorporate the preferences of the manager in the process, as well as the use of the multicriteria approach in fundamental stages to improve the operational efficiency of the warehouse.
