IMPLEMENTATION OF REMOTE EDUCATION THROUGH THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC: DILEMMS, CHALLENGES AND PERSPECTIVES

Resumo: One of the great challenges of research in education is the fact the research of the several relationships between the use of technologies and the classroom. Taking into account the current pandemic context, we realize that the search for answers to concerns regarding the implementation of Remote Activities gains even more importance in the scientific community. This work presents as General Objective the understanding of the dilemmas and challenges in the implementation of Remote Teaching and Learning Activities at IFPI, Campus Floriano. To this end, the study consisted of a qualitative, documentary research, whose approach was Ethnomethodology with Participant Observation, Narrative Interview and Policy Cycle procedures, having as its locus the Federal Institute of Piauí - IFPI, Campus Floriano and as interlocutors, three academics from the Mathematics Degree course. The study showed that, although it has worked to regulate non-classroom activities and to seek to reduce the inequalities presented in access to remote activities, the IFPI, through instruments such as “connectivity assistance”, in practice, experienced the emergence many dilemmas of a personal, social and pedagogical nature on the part of students, as well as didactic challenges on the part of teachers.

Teniendo en cuenta el contexto pandémico actual, nos damos cuenta de que la búsqueda de respuestas a las inquietudes relacionadas con la implementación de Actividades Remotas cobra aún más importancia en la comunidad científica. Teniendo lo mencionado anteriormente, este trabajo se presenta como Objetivo General: Comprender los dilemas y desafíos en la implementación de las Actividades de Enseñanza y Aprendizaje a Distancia en IFPI, Campus Floriano. Para ello, el estudio consistió en una investigación documental cualitativa, cuyo abordaje fue la Etnometodología, con procedimientos de Observación Participante, Entrevista Narrativa y Ciclo de Políticas, teniendo como locus al Instituto Federal de Piauí - IFPI, Campus Floriano y como interlocutores, tres académicos del curso de Licenciatura en Matemáticas. El trabajo mostró que la IFPI, si bien ha trabajado para regular las actividades no presenciales y buscar reducir las desigualdades que se presentan en el acceso a las actividades remotas, la IFPI, a través de instrumentos como las “ayudas a la conectividad”, en la práctica, experimentó el surgimiento de muchos dilemas de carácter personal, social y pedagógico por parte de los estudiantes, así como desafíos didácticos por parte de los docentes.Um dos grandes desafios da investigação em educação é o fato de pesquisar sobre as múltiplas relações entre o uso de tecnologias e a sala de aula. Ao levarmos em consideração o atual contexto de pandemia, percebemos que a busca por respostas às inquietações relativas à implementação das Atividades Remotas ganha ainda mais importância na comunidade científica. Tendo o que foi mencionado anteriormente, este trabalho apresenta como Objetivo Geral: Compreender os dilemas e desafios na implementação das Atividades Remotas de Ensino Aprendizagem no IFPI, Campus Floriano. Para tanto, o estudo consistiu de uma pesquisa qualitativa, documental, cuja forma de abordagem foi a Etnometodologia, tendo como procedimentos a Observação Participante, a Entrevista Narrativa e o Ciclo de Políticas, tendo como lócus o Instituto Federal do Piauí – IFPI, Campus Floriano e como interlocutores, três acadêmicos do curso de Licenciatura em Matemática.
