Resumo: This article aims to analyze the training required of teachers to work with students with disabilities in Juiz de Fora city. Seeking to establish the relation between the school inclusion of people with disabilities and their social emancipation, the influence of teacher training in this process is studied. Through qualitative empirical documentary research, the analysis of public notices for hiring teachers to work with inclusive education in the city of Juiz de Fora is made. Analyzing aspects of inclusive education and the universal character of education, with the support of Paulo Freire's theoreticalframework of liberating education, the results achieved point to the symbiotic link between teacher training, emancipation and school inclusion of people with disabilities. They also demonstrate the insufficient training of teachers hired to work in inclusive education in Juiz de Fora.

Buscando establecer la relación entre la inclusión escolar de las personas con discapacidad y su emancipación social, se estudia la influencia de la formación docente en este proceso. A través de la investigación documental empírica cualitativa, se realiza el análisis de avisos públicos para la contratación de maestros para trabajar con educación inclusiva en la ciudad de Juiz de Fora. Analizando aspectos de la educación inclusiva y el carácter universal de la educación, con el apoyo del marco teórico de educación liberadora de Paulo Freire, los resultados alcanzados apuntan al vínculo entre la formación docente, la emancipación y la inclusión escolar de las personas con discapacidad. También demuestran la insuficiente capacitación de los maestros contratados para trabajar en educación inclusiva en Juiz de Fora.O presente artigo pretende analisar a formação exigida dos professores especializados para o trabalho com estudantes com deficiência no município de Juiz de Fora. Buscando estabelecer a relação entre a inclusão escolar das pessoas com deficiência e a sua emancipação social, estuda-se a influência da capacitação docente nesse processo. Por meio de pesquisa empírica qualitativa documental, é feita a análise de editais de contratação de professores para atuação com educação inclusiva do Município de Juiz de Fora. Analisando aspectos da educação inclusiva e do caráter universal da educação, com o apoio do marco teórico da educação libertadora de Paulo Freire, os resultados alcançados apontam para a simbiótica ligação entre a capacitação docente, a emancipação e a inclusão escolar das pessoas com deficiência.
