Digital literacy and teacher training in cyberculture: Dialogue with labfor experiences

Resumo: In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, universities had to redesign teacher training models, with a view to incorporating digital technologies applied to education. With the emergency remote teaching models, blended learning and the new experiences with the Distance Education modality, the demands for teacher training are emerging, considering axes such as: digital literacy, digital inclusion, active methodologies and pedagogical innovation. In dialogue with the social demands of digital culture, this paper intents to present the experiences and extensionist practices lived in the LABFOR Project: teacher training laboratory - literary education and pedagogical innovations in the training of critical readers for citizenship and social inclusion, approved in the BEXT 2020 and 2021 by UFRPE, with extension activities supported by digital technologies. The project has an interdisciplinary focus and articulates the axes of language and education, considering Bakhtin's (2018) and Freire's (2002) approaches regarding dialogic, discursive and formative practices in teacher training processes. The training actions narrowed the connections between teachers, students and the general community, in view of interactive and integrative designs based on the TPACK- Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge model (MISHRA and KOEHLER, 2006).

Con los modelos de Enseñanza Remota de Emergencia, Enseñanza Semipresencial y las nuevas experiencias con la modalidad de Educación a Distancia, surgen las demandas de formación docente, considerando ejes como: alfabetización digital, inclusión digital, metodologías activas e innovación pedagógica. En diálogo con las demandas sociales de la cultura digital, este trabajo tiene como principal objetivo presentar las experiencias y prácticas extensionistas vividas en el Proyecto LABFOR: laboratorio de formación docente - educación literaria e innovaciones pedagógicas en la formación de lectores críticos para la ciudadanía y la inclusión social, aprobado en las BEXT 2020 y 2021 por la UFRPE, con actividades de extensión, apoyado en tecnologías digitales. El proyecto tiene un enfoque interdisciplinario y articula los ejes de lenguaje y educación, considerando los enfoques de Bakhtin (2018) y Freire (2002) respecto a las prácticas dialógicas, discursivas y formativas en los procesos de formación docente. Las acciones formativas estrecharon las conexiones entre profesores, estudiantes y comunidad en general, en vista de diseños interactivos e integradores basados ​​en el modelo TPACK- Conocimiento Tecnológico Pedagógico del Contenido (MISHRA y KOEHLER, 2006).No cenário da pandemia de Covid-19, as universidades tiveram que redesenhar modelos de formação docente, com vistas à incorporação de tecnologias digitais aplicadas à educação. Com os modelos de ensino remoto emergencial, ensino híbrido e as novas experiências com a modalidade de Educação a Distância, as demandas por formação docente são emergentes, considerando-se eixos como: letramentos digitais, inclusão digital, metodologias ativas e inovação pedagógica. Em diálogo com as demandas sociais da cultura digital, este trabalho tem como objetivo principal apresentar as experiências e práticas extensionistas vivenciadas no Projeto LABFOR: laboratório de formação docente - educação literária e inovações pedagógicas na formação de leitores críticos para cidadania e inclusão social, aprovado nos Editais BEXT 2020 e 2021 da UFRPE, com atividades de extensão apoiadas pelas tecnologias digitais. O projeto tem enfoque interdisciplinar e articula os eixos de linguagem e educação, considerando as abordagens de Bakhtin (2018) e Freire (2002) no tocante às práticas dialógicas discursivas e formativas nos processos de formação docente.
