School transport in the FOPINECAF conversation circles: Challenges for students to access rural schools

Resumo: | The article aims to present the challenges of access of students to the schools of the field in relation to school transport in the municipality of Parintins/AM. This is a study developed with the support of bibliographic research, participant observation and conversation wheels of the Parintinense Forum for Education of the Field, Forests and Waters Paulo Freire (FOPINECAF), held between 2017 and 2019, whose methodology is based on listening and dialogue with students, parents, teachers and field workers on the reality of Field Education in Parintins. The results show that in Parintins, school transport is predominant in fluvial, has interference of the dynamics and water cycle, are the processes of the natural phenomenon that influences the displacement of students and, although this is an important policy for the access and permanence of students from rural schools, there are weaknesses in the execution and monitoring of services by the Municipal Secretary of Education (SEMED/PIN), with regard to the precarious conditions of the vessels, safety and service. |

Este es un estudio desarrollado con el apoyo de la investigación bibliográfica, la observación participante y ruedas de conversación del Foro Parintinense para la Educación del Campo, Bosques y Aguas Paulo Freire (FOPINECAF), realizado entre 2017 y 2019, cuya metodología se basa en la escucha y el diálogo con estudiantes, padres de familia, docentes y trabajadores de campo sobre la realidad de la Educación de Campo en Parintins. Los resultados muestran que en Parintins, el transporte escolar es predominante en fluvial, tiene interferencia de la dinámica y del ciclo del agua, son los procesos del fenómeno natural que influye en el desplazamiento de los estudiantes y, aunque esta es una política importante para el acceso y permanencia de los estudiantes de las escuelas rurales, existen debilidades en la ejecución y seguimiento de los servicios por parte de la Secretaría Municipal de Educación (SEME/PIN), con respecto a las precarias condiciones de las embarcaciones, la seguridad y el servicio.O artigo objetiva apresentar os desafios de acesso de estudantes às escolas do campo em relação ao transporte escolar do município de Parintins/AM. Trata-se de um estudo desenvolvido com apoio da pesquisa bibliográfica, observação participante e rodas de conversa do Fórum Parintinense de Educação do Campo, das Florestas e das águas Paulo Freire (FOPINECAF), realizadas entre 2017 a 2019, cuja metodologia baseia-se na escuta e diálogo com estudantes, pais, professores/as e trabalhadores/as do campo sobre realidade da Educação do Campo em Parintins.
