Resumo: This paper presents a brief discussion regarding the socialeconomicand education problems of Brazil, basead inan economic vision. The article discuses the paper of thecapitalism production, the question of the elites is argued,as well as the current context of the globalization that thebrazilian nation is inserted related them it the social-economicand educational problems of the country and to the thoughtenvironment, conservation. The economic subordinationhas impelled international economy at diverse momentsof the history of Brazil for interests related to dominancy iscertainly one of the responsibity ones for the problems ofsocial-economic character and, consequently environmentalwho are sun currently. The ethical rules should be parth ofthe sphere politic, economic, educational and environmentalthe refore without these, little the efforts carried thourgh asfor environmental conservation are valid. The anthropocentricvision would be substituted by a biocentric vision, based upondecological aspects which possess vital importance for themaintenance of environmental balance and, consequently, asbase for the sustentation of the life with minimum standardsof quality for human beings.

Discute-se o papel do modode produção capitalista, a questão das elites, bem como oatual contexto da globalização em que a nação brasileira estáinserida, relacionando-os aos problemas socioeconômicose educacionais do país e ao pensamento de conservaçãoambiental. A subordinação à economia internacional impelidaem diversos momentos da história do Brasil por interesses relacionadosàs classes nacionais e internacionais dominantes écertamente uma das responsáveis pelos problemas de carátersocioeconômico e, conseqüentemente, ambientais que sãovistos atualmente. Os preceitos éticos devem estar presentesna esfera política, econômica, educacional e ambiental, poissem estes, de pouco valem os esforços realizados no que serefere à conservação ambiental.
