The word in psychotherapy: A hermeneutic phenomenological understanding of speech and life.

Resumo: The rise of research on non-specific or common factors of change in psychotherapy, as well as research on the therapeutic alliance, set the tone and the path towards an attempt to understand the psychotherapeutic process in an empirically generic way, and in a more transversal way than achieved through segmented explanatory theories. Echoing this call, this article interprets this drift as a need to be able to approach psychotherapy from itself, in its transversal condition of being a properly human phenomenon. For this purpose, an attempt has been made to establish a dialogue with hermeneutic phenomenology, in search of comprehensive categories that allow its disclosure, seeking to respect the way in which it is genuinely donated. As a result of this dialogue, understanding human life from a dynamic ontology of the event or occurrence allows us to account for its mobility as well as speech in psychotherapy, as a way in which existence can find intimacy with itself. This ontological transformation allows a unitary structure, which opens the possibility of understanding language, experience and life, elements of this phenomenon, as one and only dimension of the human.

Haciendo eco de este llamado, el presente articulo interpreta esta deriva como una necesidad de poder aproximarse a la psicoterapia desde ella misma, en su condición transversal de ser un fenómeno propiamente humano. Para este objetivo se ha intentado establecer diálogo con la fenomenología hermenéutica, en busca de categorías comprensivas que permitan su desocultación, buscando respetar el modo en que genuinamente se dona. Como resultado de este dialogo, comprender la vida humana desde una ontología dinámica del evento o acontecimiento permite dar cuenta de su movilidad como también del habla en psicoterapia, como un modo en que la existencia puede encontrar intimidad consigo misma. Esta transformación ontológica permite una estructura unitaria, que abre la posibilidad de comprender el lenguaje, la experiencia y la vida, elementos propios de este fenómeno, como una misma y única dimensión de lo humano. O surgimento de pesquisas sobre fatores de mudança inespecíficos ou comuns em psicoterapia, bem como pesquisas sobre a aliança terapêutica, dão o tom e o caminho para uma tentativa de compreender o processo psicoterapêutico de forma empiricamente genérica, e de forma mais transversal do que o alcançado por meio de teorias explicativas segmentadas. Fazendo eco a este apelo, este artigo interpreta esta deriva como uma necessidade de poder abordar a psicoterapia a partir de si, na sua condição transversal de ser um fenómeno propriamente humano. Para tanto, procurou-se estabelecer um diálogo com a fenomenologia hermenêutica, em busca de categorias compreensivas que permitam sua divulgação, buscando respeitar a forma como ela é genuinamente doada. Como resultado desse diálogo, compreender a vida humana a partir de uma ontologia dinâmica do acontecimento ou ocorrência permite dar conta de sua mobilidade e também da fala em psicoterapia, como forma pela qual a existência pode encontrar intimidade consigo mesma.
