USO DA MONRESTITUIÇÃO DIGITAL, AEROFOTOS DE PEQUENA ESCALA E MODELAMENTO MATEMÁTICO DE SUPERFÍCIE (DTM) PARA REALIZAÇÃO DE MAPEAMENTO PLANIMÉTRICO

Neste trabalho é apresentada uma metodologia para a obtenção de cartas planimétricas digitais na escala de 1:25000, a partir da monorestituição digital de fotografias aéreas de pequena escala (1:60000). A aplicação da monorestituição digital necessita de informações altimétricas a fim de retificar a digitalização vetorial das entidades de interesse presentes na fotografia aérea. Com o objetivo de avaliar o efeito da informação altimétrica no resultado final, três cartas foram geradas, cada uma delas baseada em três conjuntos diferentes de dados altimétricos obtidos por varredura estereofotogramétrica, varredura monoscópica e curva de nível. A qualidade destes três resultados foi avaliada, confrontando-se cada um deles com uma carta obtida por restituição convencional considerada, neste trabalho, isenta de erros. Essa comparação foi feita tomando-se como base a diferença entre as coordenadas coletadas das entidades digitalizadas da restituição convencional e das cartas obtidas por monorestituição. Na avaliação dos resultados, não foi verificada diferença significativa entre as cartas geradas por monorestituição digital utilizando os diferentes tipos de informações altimétricas, sendo estas classificadas na classe B de acordo com as normas em vigor. The use of digital monorestitution, small scale aerial photos and DTM for producing planimetric mapping Abstract In this work a methodology is presented for the obtaining of digital planimetric maps in 1:25000 scale, starting from the digital monoplotting of aerial pictures of small scale (1:60000). The application of the digital monoplotting needs altimetrical informations in order to rectify the vectorial digitizing of the entities of interest present in the aerial photograph. By evaluating the effect of the altimetrical information in the final results, three maps were generated, each one of them coming from three different sets of altimetrical dat obtained by profiles, monoscopic scanning and the contour lines. The quality of these three resulting charts were evaluated, by comparing them to a chart obtained through a conventional stereoplotting considered, in this work, as being exempt of errors. This comparison was carried out considering the difference between collected coordinates of the digitized entities present in the conventional stereoplotting and in the letters obtained by monoplotting. In the evaluation of the results, no significant difference verified among the charts generated by digital monoplotting using the differents types of altimetrical information. These charts were classified as B, in accordance with the effective norms.
