Defesa : Curitiba, 27/08/2018Inclui referências: p.84-87Resumo: Esta dissertação objetiva expor e analisar determinados traços que compoem o que chamamos de racismo estrutural presentes no pensamento social brasileiro, tendo como suporte documental as reportagens diretas e indiretas sobre grupos que eram agrupados sobre a alcunha de Esquadrão da Morte na Revista Fatos e Fotos. O recorte dá-se entre 1968 e 1985. Estes grupos tratavam-se de organizações originalmente composto por policiais que atuavam na captura de sujeitos que, de alguma forma, escapavam da estrutura policial. No entanto, tais grupos acabaram por tornar-se agentes reprodutores da lógica discriminatória brasileira tanto em âmbito social como racial. Partindo de compreensões metodológicas da História Cultural e História Social focamos a análise no imbróglio da questão das relações raciais brasileiras referentes aos sujeitos com ascendência africana. Buscamos localizar como a violência racial não está restrita a violência física, introjetou-se no senso comum de tal maneira que tornou-se naturalizada. Concluiu-se que há sim uma dificuldade na assimilação do negro na sociedade como um igual por uma forte presença do pensamento colonial escravocrata que se expõem de maneira física somente no grau mais agudo. É a sua forma sutil presente na naturalização da posição subalterna e de iminente agente perigoso do negro que encontra sua forma mais profícua nas páginas da revista. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Racismo Estrutural, Esquadrão da Morte, Revista Fatos e Fotos.Abstract: This dissertation aims to expose and analyze certain traits that make up what we call structural racism present in Brazilian social thought, having as documentary support the direct and indirect reports about groups that were grouped on the nickname of Squad of Death in Fatos e Fotos Magazine. The clash occurred between 1968 and 1985. These groups were organizations originally composed of police officers who worked on the capture of subjects who, somehow, escaped from the police structure. However, these groups eventually became reproductive agents of the Brazilian discriminatory logic in both the social and racial spheres. Starting from methodological understandings of Cultural History and Social History we focused the analysis in the imbroglio of the question of the Brazilian race relations referring to the subjects with African ancestry. We seek to locate how racial violence is not restricted to physical violence, it has entered into in common sense in such a way that it has become naturalized. It was concluded that there is rather a difficulty in the assimilation of the black in society as an equal by a strong presence of the slave-like colonial thought that exposes of physical way only in the most acute degree. It is its subtle form present in the naturalization of the subaltern position and imminent dangerous agent of the black who finds its most profitable form in the pages of the magazine.
